About
As a group, our core strength comes from African Soft Power itself. Estimates show that Africa will be home to 25% of the world’s population by 2050, and we know that the creative, digital, and knowledge economies emerging today, represent the best opportunities for generating future growth for our young people. We also know that in addition to stimulating direct growth, these industries have the broader power to win hearts and minds, and through them, we seek to communicate modern Africa more accurately on the world stage.
Our corporate arm allows us to work with private sector companies directly, helping to bridge the gap between the private and public sectors. Organisational Reputation Design sits at the heart of everything we do. Our joined-up approach redefines not only how the public sees organisations, but how organisations themselves see and implement the very process of communications in the modern world.
From stakeholder and internal engagement, right through to the overarching systems, narratives and experiences that build trust and influence out in the wider world, our conscientious approach helps build real reputations, not just brands. By aligning strategy, culture, and communications, we help organisations shape how they are understood today and positioned for tomorrow.
Of course, 50% of the people in the world are women, and we know that supporting their success is one of the most effective and efficient way to boost economic growth. African Women on Board (AWB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reshaping the future for African women and girls globally, by mainstreaming their voices and fast-tracking their trajectory into the leadership roles of now and the future.
